Breakfast at Sakura Ridge
Envision sitting down in the sun filled breakfast room for a stellar beginning to your day, with fresh juice, homemade granola enhanced by berries still warm from the morning sun and Oregon creamy yogurt. Perhaps you’ll find Farmer John’s biscuits, blackberry scones, Christine’s apple tarts or pear crisps. Of course, our honey, jam, and fresh butter enhance the treats.
Then you’ll enjoy a bit more hardy fare—sometimes spring sorrel or chard and cheese quiche, savory crepes, a garden vegetable frittata or croissant French toast with fruit and maple syrup, all made with farm-fresh eggs.
You might find our own lamb sausage, local antibiotic and hormone free ham and bacon and freshly caught Pacific NW fish as part of the morning offerings.
Breakfast is served daily in the dining room between 8:30 and 9:00 a.m. Fresh brewed coffee is available by 6:30 a.m.
If you need to leave early or just want to relax and sleep in we are happy to pack a breakfast to go. Just let us know the night before.
