Cancellations & Refunds

Please call as soon as possible in the event of room(s) cancellation. We have a 7-day cancellation policy and your payment is held unless we are able to re-book your room.

Group and Event cancellations must be received 30 days prior to your arrival.

Due to Weather:  At Sakura Ridge we enjoy four seasons including snow, even late into spring.  Come well prepared for mountain travel including chains etc.  At no time will weather be a valid excuse for cancellation. Early departure due to impending weather cannot be refunded.
