All reservations must be confirmed with a valid credit card. A deposit of one day plus Oregon state lodging tax (1.5%) and county tax (9%) will be charged when the reservation is made. We have a two-night minimum with all reservations without exception.
Check-In: 3:00 p.m. Check-Out: 11:00 a.m. If planning to arrive later than 7:00 pm, please let our staff know so we can plan accordingly.
If ten guests are traveling together will constitute a group booking and a contract will be required. Reservations made as part of a group booking must adhere to the policies outlined in the contract. All group policies supersede policies shown on an individually booked reservation.
Pets are not allowed on the property at anytime and cannot be left in vehicles. The Cascade Pet Camp located nearby, offers standard to luxurious lodging for pets.
The lodge is an adults only location. Guest rooms have a maximum occupancy of two guests per room.
No smoking of any kind is allowed on the property without exceptions.
Noise should be kept to a minimum. Sakura Ridge is a peaceful property. We have quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. every night.
Consumption of Alcohol is allowed. For guests abusing this privilege, as determined by Sakura Ridge, will be asked to leave immediately without refund.
The Kitchen is restricted to staff use only, for the health and safety of our guests.
The burning of any type of combustible is not allowed in the guest room(s) or on the premises. This includes, but is not limited to, candles and incense.
Damages and Breakages are the responsibility of the guest. Please take care when staying on our property. We ask that you do report any incidents when they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may if the damage or breakage is significant.
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees.
Sakura Ridge reserves the right to terminate the balance of any guest’s stay without refund for any behavior that is in violation of the above Conditions, or that disrupts the operation of the lodge. Guests asked to leave will be charged for the entire reservation. Other fees may be assessed related to missing or damaged property, cleaning fees, loss of room use fees as appropriate and determined by Sakura Ridge.
Cancellations & Refunds
Please call as soon as possible in the event of room(s) cancellation. We have a 7-day cancellation policy and payments for any cancellation within 7 days is held unless we are able to re-book your room.
Group and Event cancellations must be received 30 days prior to your arrival.
Due to Weather: At Sakura Ridge we enjoy four seasons including snow, even late into spring. Come well prepared for mountain travel including chains etc. At no time will weather be a valid excuse for cancellation. Early departure due to impending weather cannot be refunded.
Privacy
Our main purpose in collecting your personal information is to provide you with a streamlined experience in making reservations at Sakura Ridge. We only collect information about you that we consider necessary for achieving this. Personally identifiable information is only obtained when making a reservation. All identifiable information provided will not be disclosed to anyone unless we are specifically requested to do so. Sakura Ridge does not give or sell to anyone any information we collect on our site.
We sometimes use data collection devices such as "cookies" on certain pages of the Site to measure effectiveness and safety. A "cookie" is a small file that gets placed on your hard drive that helps us provide our services. You are free to decline cookies if you choose to.
Security
At Sakura Ridge, we take security seriously. When users make a reservation we use every precaution to safe guard it online and offline.
Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
